Lemon Myrtle Baked White Fish

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes


  • 6 fresh bay leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • Medium sized white fish
  • 4 tsp ground lemon myrtle





  1. preheat oven to 180°C and lay a sheet of baking paper on a flat baking tray
  2. squeeze half the lime and half the lemon over baking paper
  3.  sprinkle half the lemon myrtle and lay half the bay leaves in centre of paper
  4. lay fish on the paper
  5. cover fish in remainder of ingredients
  6. cover in aluminium foil and bake for 20 minutes
