Pasito, Gin & Rosemary

An Australian favourite. Pasito is a passionfruit flavoured soft drink part of the Kirks line, that was founded in Queensland in 1959.

Passionfruit flavours mixing well with both gin and rosemary, this cocktail is refreshing as it is Aussie.


  • Ice
  • 30ml gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • Pasito
  • Soda water
  • 2 fresh rosemary springs



  1. Muddle rosemary spring in bottom of glass
  2. Fill glass with ice
  3. Add gin, then lemon juice
  4. Fill 3/4s of the way up with Pasito
  5. Add a splash of soda
  6. Garnish and stir with spring of rosemary
